Dr. Runa Korde has been studying human behavior in various contexts over the last decade. She has a deep understanding of human behavior. Her current topics of research revolve around teams, collaboration, creativity, innovation, brainstorming, networks, leadership, and the physical environment, especially nature. Other areas of expertise include clinical psychology, assessment development, and statistics. She has been working with the Psynet Group since September 2014 and is currently involved in developing a new assessment tool.
Runa has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology both from the University of Mumbai in India. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management in Mumbai. Runa practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for two years before moving to the United States to pursue her Ph.D. She moved to Dallas in 2008 and has completed her M.S. and Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Apart from psychology, her passions include Indian classical dance, painting, cooking, reading, and travel. She loves the outdoors and has completed several treks in the Himalayas and climbed to over 12,000 feet. Currently a resident of Houston, she enjoys exploring the city with her husband.
