Scott A. Kerr, PhD

scotta a. kerrScott is passionate about helping organizational leaders to realize their potential and coaching them to release the same potential in their followers.  He does this through a unique combination of experiential learning, the best assessment tools available, beautiful and inspiring locations, challenging individual and team assignments, and a lot of fun.  The combination helps leaders break through their “business as usual” mentality and gain new insights and inspiration.  Since 1975 he has coached thousands of senior leaders worldwide and taught thousands more in the areas of leadership, creating vision and strategy, engaging followers and managing in emotionally intelligent ways.  He has written many papers on assessing and managing talent and leadership transitions; and is currently focused on the emerging fields of resilience and positive organizational science. Scott holds a BA in psychology from Bucknell University and PhD in organizational psychology from Edinburgh University, as well as having engaged in MBA  studies (Cranfield – UK) and Theology and Leadership studies (Regent – USA).  He lives between Denver and Estes Park, Colorado, and enjoys road cycling, DIY and the company of his wife, also an executive coach.
