Dave founded Psynet Group and designed Psybil® — the assessment suite, executive interview protocol, coaching methodology, and Organizational Development playbook clients use today. He has completed 1,000+ executive assessments and 200+ coaching engagements, and integrates coursework in entrepreneurialism, design thinking, finance, sociology, neurology, and psychology into every client engagement. Dave continues to personally coach a select group of executives while leading the firm’s growth.

Runs firm operations & governance.

Christian leads firm operations, governance, and commercial execution across Psynet’s consulting and Psybil® Platform businesses. He brings 25+ years spanning corporate governance, private investment, financial services, and hospitality. An honors graduate of Northwestern’s Weinberg College and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, Christian ensures client work is delivered with the discipline and rigor senior buyers expect.

Leads women’s leadership. Owns family business practice.

Jody built Psynet’s Family Business Services on 20+ years of clinical and organizational experience. Since 2018 she has led the women’s leadership development practice, and co-authored Psybil®’s Culture Preference Indicator and Leadership Style Indicator modules. Columbia-certified in Organizational Development, she is the internal expert on implementing Advice Culture and deploying the Role Navigator in client engagements.

Her work bridges well-being and performance — directly extending Psybil®’s mission of building psychologically fit organizations.
