Dave founded Psynet Group and designed Psybil® — the assessment suite, executive interview protocol, coaching methodology, and Organizational Development playbook clients use today. He has completed 1,000+ executive assessments and 200+ coaching engagements, and integrates coursework in entrepreneurialism, design thinking, finance, sociology, neurology, and psychology into every client engagement. Dave continues to personally coach a select group of executives while leading the firm’s growth.

Christian leads firm operations, governance, and commercial execution across Psynet’s consulting and Psybil® Platform businesses. He brings 25+ years spanning corporate governance, private investment, financial services, and hospitality. An honors graduate of Northwestern’s Weinberg College and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, Christian ensures client work is delivered with the discipline and rigor senior buyers expect.

Jody built Psynet’s Family Business Services on 20+ years of clinical and organizational experience. Since 2018 she has led the women’s leadership development practice, and co-authored Psybil®’s Culture Preference Indicator and Leadership Style Indicator modules. Columbia-certified in Organizational Development, she is the internal expert on implementing Advice Culture and deploying the Role Navigator in client engagements.

Karen brings 25+ years of talent assessment, coaching, and leadership development to Psynet’s partnership. Author of Building Psychological Fitness: How High Performers Achieve with Ease, she currently chairs the Global Flourishing at Work initiative under Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program. Her work bridges well-being and performance — directly extending Psybil®’s mission of building psychologically fit organizations.

Jim leads enterprise adoption of Psybil® and Psynet’s full suite. 20+ years selling complex solutions to B2B and B2B2C clients across financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecom, IoT, and CPG. He brings the industry depth to map Psybil® to the specific business problems senior buyers are trying to solve.

Bill brings two decades of building trusted client relationships and leading growth across startups and established brands. At Psynet he focuses on expanding Psybil®’s reach — pairing deep business acumen with an approachable style that helps clients quickly understand where the platform creates value.

Tatiana runs the program management behind Psybil®’s product roadmap and client implementations. A certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, she collaborated with Dr. Popple on earlier platform builds and brings 12+ years of experience shipping software under pressure — reducing risk for clients during high-stakes rollouts.

Brandon helps clients identify and build sustainable solutions to their most pressing behavioral business challenges. 15+ years making teams smarter through evidence-based assessment and feedback. He champions a whole-person approach and treats motivation as a process an organization goes through with people — not something done to them.
